Provision of services by "Młodzi Wojownicy Konrad Baraniecki", ul. Południowa 3, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna, NIP: 1231107678, hereinafter referred to as "SKILLZ Young Warriors Child Development Center"

§ 1
Service

2. The subject of the regulations is the provision of services by the SKILLZ Young Warriors Child Development Center to parents in the form of compensatory and corrective classes for the child.

3. The Young Warriors Child Development Center provides services in specific locations:

a) ul. Franciszka Lanciego 11, 02-792 Warsaw-Natolin)

4. The service is not performed under the direction of parents.

5. As part of the service, you have the right to participate in classes up to 1/2/3 times a week, after selecting the appropriate age group. Each class for age groups 5-6, 7-9, and 10-14 lasts 45 minutes, and for age groups 3- and 4-year-olds, each class lasts 30 minutes.

§ 2
Fees

1. During the period of the service, Parents will be obliged to pay remuneration in the form of monthly payments in advance (for a given calendar month), in accordance with the selected option in the price list. https://www.mlodziwojownicy.pl/cennik/

2. The remuneration specified in § 2 point 1 is due to the Young Warriors Child Development Center in full, regardless of the number of classes used by the Parents in a given calendar month.

3. Parents can make payments by bank transfer to the bank account number, entering in the title: the child's name and surname, location of the branch and the month for which the payment is made, e.g. Jan Kowalski, Natolin, February

4. Parents can make payments online via Tpay (Krajowy Integrator Płatności SA), as well as through the customer panel in the Active Now application.

5. The Parent will pay the fee due to the Young Warriors Child Development Center by the 10th of each month in advance. If the last day of the payment due date is a public holiday, payment is due on the first following business day.

6. In the event of failure to meet the deadline specified in § 3 section 4, the Young Warriors Child Development Center shall be entitled to statutory interest for each day of delay in payment.

7. If the service period overlaps with the winter break, the fee for a given month is reduced in proportion to the number of remaining classes in the month.

8. If the service begins during the month, e.g. on March 6, the fee for March is the number of classes left in that month.

9. All provisions of this paragraph come into effect on the date the parent confirms their willingness to continue providing services to the child.

§ 3
Duration of service

1. The duration of the service is counted from the day of the first training session until the end of the given school year.

2. Classes are not held during the summer holidays, i.e., from the first day of summer break and in July and August. Separate registration is required for summer classes.

3. Classes do not take place during the winter break, the so-called winter holidays.

4. Classes are not held from December 24 of a given year to January 1 of the following year.

5. Classes are not held on public holidays in accordance with the Act of 18 January 1951 on public holidays (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 90).

6. Absences due to illness or previously reported absences can be made up in another group after prior information and confirmation of such possibility.

7. Absences due to illness may be transferred to another group after prior information and confirmation of such possibility.

8. The billing preview is available to the Parent after registering in the Active system.

§ 4
Responsibilities of the Young Warriors Child Development Center

1. Tasks of the Young Warriors Child Development Center:

a) Conducting compensatory and corrective classes

b) Taking care of the safety of class participants

c) Providing the equipment necessary to perform classes

d) Informing in advance about the place and time of classes

e) Informing in advance about cancelled classes and the possibility of holding them on another date and/or in another location.

f) Possession of a valid third party liability insurance policy in connection with the conducted business activity.

g) Ensuring conditions that guarantee safety when taking part in activities.

2. The obligations of the Young Warriors Child Development Center arising from these regulations will be performed by a qualified Instructor trained in the teaching methodology used at the Young Warriors Child Development Center. The Young Warriors Child Development Center is fully responsible for the actions and omissions of those entrusted with performing specific tasks for the parents.

§ 5
Parents' Responsibilities

1. Scope of parents' responsibilities related to participation in classes:

a) Providing any health data that may affect the ability to participate in the organized activities

b) The parent undertakes to pay the fees for participation in classes on time.
c) The parent undertakes to ensure punctual arrival at classes.

d) The parent will be obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the participant's fault.

e) The parent declares that there are no health contraindications to the child performing physical exercises and participates in the classes at his/her own risk.

f) Parents are obliged to register in the Active Now system to have access to settlements, organised events and absence reports.

§ 6
Resignation

1. Parents have the right to withdraw from the service with a one-month notice period by sending an electronic withdrawal notification (e-mail with information about the withdrawal)

a) In such a case, the Young Warriors Child Development Center will be charged a fee for the cancellation period.

b) The withdrawal period is counted in full months, where the first day of this period is the date of sending the electronic notification.

c) Otherwise, the service ends on the day of the end of the classes organized by the Young Warriors Child Development Center.

3. The Young Warriors Child Development Center has the right to refuse to provide the service in the event of the parents' delay in paying the remuneration for a full calendar month.

§ 7
Applicable law

In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

§ 8
Jurisdiction of the court

Any disputes that may arise in connection with the provision of the service will be resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, they will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Young Warriors Child Development Center.

§ 9
Other provisions

1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 880, as amended), by submitting the application form you consent to the free recording and dissemination of the image of the child (the person for whom you are the legal guardian) by the Child Development Center Young Warriors in the form of photos and videos with recorded sound without their individual approval, as well as their processing, reproduction and dissemination through any medium, in particular through social networking sites, the website, promotional materials solely for informational and promotional purposes related to the activities of the Child Development Center Young Warriors.

2. In the case of concluding contracts outside the business premises, the provisions of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, shall apply.
