Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Children’s Trainer to work with children up to the age of 14. As a trainer, you will use our age-appropriate child development programs, which include martial arts techniques. No prior martial arts experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you can effectively lead our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate child development programs for children up to 14 years old.
- Engage children in a fun, energetic, and positive manner.
- Create a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure the highest quality instruction.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with young children and helping them grow.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to engage and motivate young children.
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and implement new teaching techniques.
- No martial arts experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
