Konrad Baraniecki – Instructor and founder of the Young Warriors school

O nas Konrad Baraniecki Instruktor

I am a physiotherapist and physical education teacher by profession. I graduated from the Masovian University with a bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences and a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Physical Education. I am also a certified Physical Recreation Instructor, specializing in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). I have also completed numerous manual therapy courses, which help me professionally lead physical activity classes with children.
My interest in martial arts began in childhood. For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by karate films, including "Enter the Dragon" with Bruce Lee and "Kickboxer" with Jean-Cloud Van Damme, which I looked up to. Back then, my biggest dream was to become a Ninja Warrior. I gained experience and practice in martial arts at the "Sambo System Polska" club. In April 2012, I achieved the title of runner-up in the International Polish Wushu Kung-Fu Sanda Championships.

O nas Konrad Baraniecki InstruktorThe School of Young Warriors was born from the combination of my dreams, interests, and education. The idea to teach children to fight came from Scott Winfield, a teacher in the Florida Society for Bioenergetic Analysis training program. Working with children has unleashed my creative potential. It's a challenge that brings me more and more joy every day in my role as a martial arts teacher.

Przemysław Przygocki – Instructor

O nas Przemyslaw Przygocki Instruktor

Playing sports has been an integral part of my life since I was a child. From tennis and Kyokushin karate, through soccer and volleyball, to combat sports. I started with Muay Thai, then delved into the secrets of boxing, which I actively practice to this day.

I'm also a certified boxing instructor. I gained experience working with children as an instructor for the Kangaroo Team, a national recreational activity system for preschool children. I also supervise children from around the age of 8 at all family gatherings.

I believe that martial arts training is a marathon that everyone can complete at their own pace – and this is the philosophy that guides my training sessions.

Bartłomiej Szafraniec – Instructor

O nas Bartlomiej Szafraniec Instruktor

My name is Bartek, I am 35 years old and I am a father of two children who – like me – are part of the Skillz Young Warriors family.

Sport has been with me since childhood and has become a lifelong passion. I love diverse challenges – I've run half marathons, participated in Runmageddons, and participated in indoor triathlons. I also trained in kickboxing and previously gained experience as a swimming instructor for children.

Personally, I'm a huge fan of an active lifestyle—mountain hiking, cycling, and new sporting challenges. I'm also passionate about personal development and child psychology, which helps me better understand the needs of young warriors.

Outside of sports, I like to read books – from Sienkiewicz's classics to the magic of Harry Potter.

At Skillz Young Warriors, I want to combine my coaching, parenting, and sports experience to support children's development, build their self-confidence, and show them that movement can be great fun.

What is the SKILLZ Child Development Center?

Everyone loves DOG!

People often ask us what exactly the SKILLZ Child Development Center is. And it's one of our favorites!

When raising children, it's important to consider the WHOLE child. We do this by focusing on four developmental areas: physical, intellectual, emotional, and social. We call this the PIES Method (Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual/Social).

If your child is experiencing physical challenges, they may visit a physical therapist or occupational therapist to help them return to or achieve a state of healthy functioning and ability. But who guides them from a state of physical health to a state of success? We do it!

If your child has intellectual or learning challenges, they may see a tutor to help them learn. But who teaches them HOW to learn and gives them the neurodevelopmental tools that will help them achieve cognitive growth? We do it!

If your child is experiencing emotional challenges, they may want to see a psychologist or therapist to help them establish healthier emotional levels and a more positive outlook. But who guides them from a place of stability to a lifestyle of success? We do it!

If your child has social issues and struggles to make friends, you can take them to a psychologist or behaviorist to help them overcome their anxiety and fears while increasing their awareness of social cues. But who guides them from basic integration to leadership? We do it!

Our goal is never to replace the therapeutic relationship your child has with their caregivers. In fact, it would be unethical to suggest such a thing.

Our goal is to enhance the efforts of parents, teachers, and caregivers in a child's life and give children a developmental advantage while providing parents with the knowledge and tools they need to build strong, healthy, and lasting relationships with their children.

SKILLZ child development programs utilize martial arts to create a stronger bond with children in an age-appropriate learning environment. We use this figurative "machine" to help children become the best versions of themselves possible—physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially!
