Job description:
We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Children's Trainer to work with children up to 14 years of age. As a trainer, you'll utilize our ready-made, age-appropriate child development programs that incorporate martial arts techniques. No martial arts experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure you can effectively lead our programs.
Duties:
- Implementing age-appropriate child development programs for children up to 14 years of age.
- Engaging children in a fun, energetic and positive way.
- Creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning and development.
- Effective communication with parents and guardians about their children's progress.
- Participation in ongoing training and professional development.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure the highest quality instruction.
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with young children and helping them develop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to engage and motivate young children.
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and implement new teaching techniques.
- No martial arts experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
