Fees for participation in programs offered by the SKILLZ Młodzi Wojownicy Child Development Center
INFORMATION
Payment rules
- Monthly fees must be paid in advance by the 10th day of each month.
- The fee covers participation in the program and reservation of the child’s place in the group.
- The fee is not a price per individual training session and does not depend on the number of classes scheduled in a given month.
- Unused training sessions are not deducted from future payments.
- A child’s absence does not exempt the Parent or Legal Guardian from the obligation to pay the fee.

STARTING TRAINING
Accelerated Confidence Course
The fee includes:
- participation in the first 4 training sessions,
- a club T-shirt,
- a white belt,
- the opportunity to experience the program before making a decision.
After completing the four training sessions, the Parent or Legal Guardian decides whether the child will join the ongoing program.
Registration fee
Charged once when joining the ongoing program.
- formal participant registration,
- participant profile activation,
- assignment to the appropriate program and regular group,
- activation of organizational support related to participation.
Participants who maintain continuity of participation do not pay the registration fee again. If participation is terminated and the participant later returns, the registration fee is charged again.
MONTHLY TRAINING FEES
The monthly fee covers participation in the program and reservation of a place in the group. It is not a fee per individual class.
Group programs
Early SKILLZ – ages 3–4
Basic SKILLZ – ages 5–6
Core SKILLZ – ages 7–9
Extreme SKILLZ – ages 10–14
Elite SKILLZ – ages 15–18
During the school year
Summer: July and August
Early, Basic, Core and Extreme SKILLZ: OPEN format – the option to train up to twice a week.
The summer fee maintains continuity of participation, reserves the participant’s place in the program and provides access to classes according to the summer schedule.
Elite SKILLZ
Elite SKILLZ is available exclusively to participants who have completed the Extreme SKILLZ program or who previously trained at the Center and have reached the age of 15.
Elite SKILLZ classes are not held during the summer period, therefore participants in this group are exempt from fees for July and August.
Spectrum SKILLZ
Spectrum SKILLZ – ages 7–9
Spectrum SKILLZ – ages 10–14
During the school year
Summer: July and August
OPEN format – training sessions according to the summer schedule, together with the corresponding Core and Extreme groups.
The summer fee maintains continuity of participation, reserves the participant’s place in the program and provides access to classes according to the summer schedule.
Mini SKILLZ
Children aged 1.5–3.
During the school year
Summer: July and August
Mini SKILLZ classes are not held during the summer period. Participants in this group are therefore exempt from fees for July and August.
Example: for classes held twice a week, the monthly fee is PLN 450 regardless of whether 7, 8 or 9 training sessions fall within a particular month.
HOW IS THE FEE CALCULATED?
The fixed monthly participation fee:
Covers participation in the program.
Includes reservation of a place in the group.
Is not a fee per individual class.
Does not depend on the number of training sessions in a given month.
OTHER FEES AND BENEFITS
Belt exam
- up to 2 exams per school year for participants training once a week,
- up to 4 exams per school year for participants training twice a week or more.
Sibling discount
The discount applies to the full monthly participation fee for all children from the same family.
Parent SKILLZ
Parents of ongoing participants receive free access to the “Młodzi Wojownicy – Parent SKILLZ Polska” group.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once a participant joins the ongoing program, participation is continuous and remains in effect until it is validly terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. There is no annual or semester-based re-enrolment.
Continuity of participation also covers the winter school break and the summer period, subject to the rules applicable to the individual programs.
Cancellation requires one month’s notice. In order for participation to end on June 30 and for the summer fee not to be charged, notice must be submitted no later than May 31.
Failure to attend training sessions does not constitute cancellation and does not release the Parent or Legal Guardian from the obligation to pay the applicable fees.
Maintaining continuity of participation guarantees the participant’s place in the group and preserves the participation terms applicable to that participant.
When participation ends, the child’s place in the group is released and may be offered to another participant.
Re-enrolment is possible only if a place is available, under the current Price List and after payment of the applicable registration fee.
A returning participant does not retain their previous price, place in the group or previous participation terms.
If payment arrears exceed one full calendar month, despite prior payment reminders sent through ActiveNow to the e-mail address provided by the Parent or Legal Guardian, the Center may remove the participant from the group. The participant’s place will then be released.
A participant removed due to outstanding payments may only be re-admitted after all amounts due to the Center have been paid and provided that a place is available.
